The Jersey Funds Association (JFA) represents the Island's well-established and growing funds industry. It is a highly influential and informed body working with the industry, regulators and legislators, locally and globally. Its mission is to work with members, regulators and government legislators to develop a sustainable world leading ecosystem for cross border alternative funds business and promote those benefits to agreed target markets.

Application for membership is open to all Funds Organisations based in Jersey.  

  • Advocacy
    Promote an environment which supports the maintenance and growth of Jersey's fund industry with a view to setting an appropriate balance of regulation and cost.  Educate government and the regulator to ensure a thriving environment for member firms.

    • To provide a forum for practitioners to collaborate for the benefit of the sector.

    • To provide technical and market input drawn from members relating to the development, improvement and maintenance of the legal, regulatory and technical environment for funds.

  • Marketing and public relations on behalf of the industry
    Develop marketing campaigns in conjunction with JFL that influence positive perceptions of Jersey’s funds industry to agreed market segments and other decision makers.

  • Workforce issues
    Support professional development and industry best practice through training programmes and resources for members.
