The next JFA Masterclass focussing on Legal & Tax will be taking place onThursday 20 April at The Grand Jersey Hotel.  

This event will commence at 8.00am with registration and coffee being served and the first session to commence at 8.30am.  The event will finish around 11.00am and CPD Certificates will be provided.

We are delighted to have speakers from ReedSmith, Walkers, PwC & Deloitte to give the perspective from both Jersey and London markets.

Topics that will be covered will include 

• Key fund structuring developments - latest fund structuring and     terms, latest view from London on jurisdictional selection;
• An update on the developments within the Jersey funds     legal and regulatory space - LLC, changes to Limited Partnership     law and AML exemptions;
• Key UK and Jersey tax developments including the emergence of the     UK fund and Qualifying Asset Holding Company regime;
